ORDER REQUIREMENT.

With Lotus We want any customer to be able to purchase and try them out, we have released only 15 units minimum order requirement. Meaning all you have to do is select 15 units, or spend 150 USD and you can be part of the Lotus team. 


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES. 

Lotus has decided that the best policy is a hassle-free policy. Our customers receive hassle free return policy. As a company, we make it a priority to make sure that each customer's experience with Lotus is a positive one. You all are our only priority!

 REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the credit card used during your purchase, or in the form of store credit. Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment source than the one they originally came from.

 RETURNS FOR DAMAGED GOODS, OR WRONG ITEMS

We recommend that you inspect your order upon receiving it, you have 30 days to report any issues or unsatisfactoriness to us.


In order for us to resolve this issue for you, we would like to start by requesting photos of the item or items you received from us citing the concern. Please send an email with your, NAME, DATE, ORDER#, EMAIL ADDRESS, and the issue you are having.

With the proper information, a concierge representative will be assisting you with a resolution catered to you. 

EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with the product, or do not longer need the product, please reach out to lotusleggingswholes, Please send an email with your, NAME, DATE, ORDER#, EMAIL ADDRESS, and the issue you are having they would be happy to exchange the item, for a small restocking fee of 5$ per an item.

We are unable to accept returns/exchanges if:

-Item(s) were a final sale item

-Item(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition

-Item(s) have been worn or washed

-Item(s) have been altered

-Item(s) do not have the original tags on them

Any unexpected customs and fees, are covered and will be credited to your next order to our website. Please send an email citing your concern with your, NAME, DATE, ORDER#, EMAIL ADDRESS.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING.

When you place your order with us, we process all orders within 24-48 hours, on business days Monday- Friday, and 24-72 hours on non-business days Saturday- Sunday.  With DHL EXPRESS your order is tracked and monitored by an account representative to ensure your order arrives within 10 business days or less. 


At Lotus, we cover the cost of all shipping expenses, we have partnered up with DHL EXPRESS, the leading international logistics company, to ship all of your orders complementary service to our customers only. 

Our Headquarters are in North Carolina, USA though we ship from warehouses globally to ensure packages are delivered in the least amount of time.
